Dynapack’s WMS – Raw Material takes warehouse management to an advanced level, governing items through logistics units and their locations. An extension of the Warehouses function that optimises the storage, placement, picking and traceability of raw materials, cutting downtime and unnecessary movement.
Storage optimised for every type of material
Storage logic adapts to the specifics of packaging: reels, cardboard and other packaging materials find their most efficient placement thanks to the occupancy map, which makes it possible to manage warehouse space and routes to best effect.
Picking synchronised with production
Material picking is triggered directly by machine scheduling, based on the corresponding procurement lists. This keeps raw material distribution punctual and synchronised with production progress, avoiding machine stoppages and misalignments.
Picking sincronizzato con la produzione
Il picking dei materiali viene attivato direttamente dalla programmazione delle macchine, in funzione dei corrispondenti elenchi di approvvigionamento. In questo modo la distribuzione delle materie prime è sempre puntuale e sincronizzata con l’avanzamento della produzione, evitando fermi macchina e disallineamenti.
